A HUGE Matthew West GIVEAWAY

October 17, 2010

NOTE:  Now that this giveaway is over, just scroll down to listen and watch some great Matthew West music videos!

Wait ’til you read the fun email I got last week about Matthew West, who I happen to loooove!!!

“My name is Josh and I work at Sparrow Records with artists like Matthew West, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band, Steven Curtis Chapman, TobyMac, Mandisa, etc.  Today Matthew West released his 4th album titled, Story of Your Life.  The concept of this album was very unique because Matthew invited his fans to submit their stories, what they’ve gone through in life – the joys, hurt, pain, etc. and he would write songs inspired by what he read.  For two months he sat in a cabin, reading over 10,000 stories, and writing songs about what he was reading.  This album features 11 of those songs!

We would love to partner with you and do a promotion/giveaway around the album.  We can provide all four of Matthew’s albums (including a deluxe version of SOYL signed by Matthew) and an exclusive book highlighting the making of the album, featuring the stories, pictures, lyrics, etc.

If you are interested please let me know and I look forward to working with you!”

Josh sent me the new album music and I’m listening as I write this – the songs I’ve heard so far get such a beautiful and deep message across, and as they end you feel like you just saw a well-done uplifting movie.

So, lucky reader friends, you have a pretty good chance of winning this…

Because this blog doesn’t have that many readers yet!  Below I’ll embed a couple YouTube videos with my favorite Matthew West songs, but first, here’s how to enter the giveaway:

Keep in mind that I’ll tally the winner using the number of comments and Random.org, so you need to leave a separate comment for more chances to win, and tell me that you did any (or all!) of the below…

  • Subscribe to this blog using the blue buttons above either via RSS or email, and then let me know you did in the comments.  (You also get an extra entry if you already subscribe here.)
  • Subscribe to my Kelly the Kitchen Kop blog, and then let me know you did in the comments.  (Again, you also get an extra entry if you already subscribe.)
  • Email 5 friends with a link to this post and then tell me you did in the comments.
  • Tweet about the giveaway with a link to this post and then tell me you did in the comments.

Note:  This contest is open to readers anywhere in the U.S., and will end on Friday, October 22nd, 2010 at 11:59 PM Eastern. The winner will be chosen via random.org and announced here on the blog Sunday, October 24th, 2010.

Here are a couple of my favorites, doesn’t the first one just make you want to DANCE?!  🙂

I have been a reader at Kelly the Kitchen Kop for months now and I read it daily. You’ve been a huge role model for my food conversion.

Thanks for all your great work.

Hi I’m Kelly, a Catholic Christian, a wife, a homeschooling Mom, and a writer.  Matthew’s Gospel says, “Man does not live by bread alone” — and as passionate as I am about real food, nutrition, and natural healing, I believe that knowing the Lord is even more important!  So I started this blog in addition to my other one so I could hopefully help those who don’t “get” a lot of things about Christianity, which is just how I used to feel.

Over at my Kelly the Kitchen Kop blog I talk about how you keep your family healthy without going crazy in the process. 🙂

Be sure to subscribe for new updates above, that way you won’t miss anything, although I don’t update here very often.
