The Old Testament is the whole first part of the Bible that includes the time before Jesus came to earth, beginning with God creating the world. The New Testament is the rest of the Bible that includes Jesus’ time on earth, his life and death, and the beginning of Christianity – how it grew in the early years. It begins with Jesus coming to earth as a baby, and being born in Bethlehem…you probably know that story from Christmas. 🙂
