My New Find – Surviving Infidelity

December 2, 2012 2 Comments

Surviving Infidelity — is it Possible?

Recently and purely by chance, I came across a blog that I want to tell you about called, “4 Little Fergusons”.  The author’s willingness to share so openly about such a raw and hurtful time in their lives was shockingly beautiful, because she did this knowing how many people and marriages that it could help!

Our Surviving Infidelity posts were hard to write, even harder to share with the world, but God is using them for HIS glory, each and every day….PRAISE HIS NAME!”

While Kent and I went through our own really rough patch in our marriage, thankfully there was no infidelity to deal with, it was difficult enough without that!  But if you’d like to read how the Lord brought us back, find that whole story here.

***Now read about Dale, Tonya, and their 4 Little Fergusons.

Thank you so much for sharing the good news of Jesus Christ! In a society that throws away broken things, it is our hearts desire to encourage couples that they CAN fight for their broken marriage and it will be made new! Thanks for linking to our blog…..
    Blessings,
Dale and Tonya from 4 little Fergusons 🙂

      Hi Tonya!

How cool that you saw where I linked to you, I actually linked over here from my main blog.

Your story blows me away, partly because we went through marriage problems ourselves. We also ended up being open about it in order to tell the world what the Lord did by healing us, but it took extra huge doses of courage for you and Dale to be so open with the infidelity piece of it – thinking of how many marriages and families will be saved because of your courage gives me chills. You must’ve knocked Jesus’ socks off with that one and struck a HUGE blow to the evil one who would’ve loved nothing more than to break up your marriage and to keep it all hush hush so he could continue ruining lives in his NOT original ways. But because you chose to stand up and to be courageous, JESUS WINS.

Blessings to you and your family this Christmas Tonya!

      Kel

Hi I’m Kelly, a Catholic Christian, a wife, a homeschooling Mom, and a writer.  Matthew’s Gospel says, “Man does not live by bread alone” — and as passionate as I am about real food, nutrition, and natural healing, I believe that knowing the Lord is even more important!  So I started this blog in addition to my other one so I could hopefully help those who don’t “get” a lot of things about Christianity, which is just how I used to feel.

Over at my Kelly the Kitchen Kop blog I talk about how you keep your family healthy without going crazy in the process. 🙂
